1. What Garuda is
Garuda is a free, community-run public registry of reported scams, fraud and cybercrime signals. Information on this site is provided "as is" for research and awareness purposes and is not a legal accusation.
2. Submissions
By submitting a report you confirm that (a) the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, (b) you have the right to share any evidence uploaded, and (c) you understand approved submissions will be publicly visible. Every report is reviewed by a moderator before publication.
3. Prohibited content
- False, retaliatory, or defamatory reports
- Personal information of the reporter or uninvolved third parties
- Hate speech, threats, or targeted harassment
- Copyrighted material you don't own
- Executable files, malware, or archives (.zip / .rar)
4. No legal advice
Garuda does not provide legal, financial or investigative advice. If you are a victim of fraud, file a formal complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930 (India) within the golden hour.
5. Liability
Garuda is provided without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the registry. Use the data as one signal among many.
6. Moderation & removal
Moderators may edit, reject, or remove any submission at any time, including on the request of an incorrectly identified party.
7. Corrections & takedowns
If you are named in a report and believe it is incorrect, open the report and use the "Dispute this listing" button, or send us a message via our Contact page. Messages are acknowledged within 24 hours and typically resolved within 15 days.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
