1. What we collect

Garuda is a community fraud registry. When you submit a report we collect the scammer identifiers you provide (phone, email, UPI, wallet, handle, domain), a free-text description, and any evidence files you upload. Submissions are anonymous by default no name, IP, or account is required.

2. What becomes public

Once a moderator approves a submission, the scammer identifiers, category and description become publicly searchable. Evidence files remain private and are only accessible to moderators through signed URLs.

3. Do NOT share your own data

Never include your own phone, email, address, bank details, Aadhaar/PAN or other personal identifiers in a report. Only the scammer's details belong on Garuda. We will remove or reject reports that expose the reporter.

4. Removal requests

If a report incorrectly identifies you, contact us and we will review and, if appropriate, remove the entry. Approved reports may be edited or deleted at any time by moderators.

5. Cookies & analytics

Garuda uses only strictly necessary cookies for session management. We do not run third-party ad tracking.

6. Contact
